Tulsa County has announced that $30 million in CARES Act funding is being made available to small businesses and nonprofits impacted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the CARES Act funding which must be used by the end of 2020, the privately and locally raised Tulsa Area COVID-19 Response Fund has placed the application process temporarily on hold.

The program is titled RESET: The Resources to Empower Small Enterprises for Tomorrow and will provide $25 million in forgivable loans to small businesses and $5 million in grants to nonprofits. Nonprofits are encouraged to apply.
