Hospice of Green Country provides compassionate and quality end-of-life care to patients and families.

Companion Volunteer: Volunteers provide respite care for caregivers, perform chores, run errands, help take care of pets, and share stories.

Office/Administrative Assistance: Volunteers can assist Hospice of Green Country staff in various tasks around the office, including data entry, building patient handbooks and more.

Bereavement Bears: Volunteers use swatches of clothing that belong to a client’s lost family member to create an outfit for a teddy bear in their memory. The child can cuddle the bear while adjusting to the loss and keep it as a special memento.

Resale Store Assistance: Volunteers are needed to assist at Hospice of Green Country’s resale store, Sophisticated Seconds. Volunteers can help sort donations, help customers, merchandise displays and work the register.
